Why am I offering this program?
Long-COVID or any long-term post viral fatigue syndrome sucks. I know because my wife has suffered the loss of energy, identity, friends, work and the disbelief of some family members or doctors.
The loneliness and pain - physically, mentally, and emotionally - leads to feeling p***** o** with life, even if you are normally a cheerful person. It's like a bereavement. Hopes and opportunities seem to slip past each day because you are not your usual self. You can't keep up or, if you are pushing yourself to look normal, you must rest for hours or days afterwards.
Just thinking is exhausting. You start rationing your actions, your life is regimented to manage your energy requirements so you can do the most important things in your life. Whether that is still working but having no energy for loved ones or friends or, if you are too ill to work, deciding between bathing or cooking.
You are desperate to get well. You have been told to go away and exercise, but it is not helping you. It makes you feel so fatigued it's painful. Everything you do seems to back-fire.
Our turning point came after seeing one of the most renowned doctors in London. Jane was told there was nothing more they could do. They said we ourselves were qualified enough to work out what to do. It was suggested we went away, found a way to heal and wrote a book to help others.
I qualified in EFT, NLP and Qi Gong and Jane continued to research courses at a cost of thousands of pounds. Now we want to share our knowledge with you,should you choose. Broad outline of the program
In our weekly calls, John takes you through a process that even very healthy people would be delighted to learn.
A weekly video, that you can watch in your own time, will provide little-known information and strategies for you to try, to see if they work for you.
A weekly call with John will allow you to work in a small community to maintain your mental wellbeing.
Weekly Videos
The informational videos will be programmed to arrive once a week in your mailbox.
The foundational videos in the first four weeks of the program will cover:

- A 4-minute daily routine to get you going
Goals of the Weekly Calls
The first goal of the weekly calls is to help you learn the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) at a much deeper level than watching videos on-line.
Through John’s guidance of the group you will learn the benefits of working on mental wellbeing in a small community. Rather than trying to go it alone, small groups provide the opportunity to change perspective by working with other people and to feel that you are not alone.
The second goal is to work with everyone to set new habits based on the videos that have been circulated or on your self-generated new habits.
Habits
Every week you will be given a new strategy: after 7 weeks you’ll have 7 strategies and after 22 weeks you’ll have 22 strategies.
The trick will be to make your new habits stick: something John has helped clients with for years.

Unstructured Weekly Calls
The weekly calls are not structured but designed to meet you where you are in the moment.
We never look back. We don’t ask ‘Why?’ We just ask where we are now.
John uses NLP to examine people’s language patterns and personal experience, and EFT to help people gain freedom from their emotions.
Once a month John leads a session of Qi Gong. This is a meditative movement technique that involves gentle slow movements that enhance energy flows within the body. People can use Qi Gong to calm the mind and move the body without resorting to possibly damaging exercise.
Qi Gong is similar to Tai Chi except that Tai Chi is based on the martial Arts whereas Spring Forest Chi Gong is aimed at healing through movement.
Movement not exercise
This program is not about exercise. In fact, exercise may be the complete opposite of what you need right now.
In situations of chronic fatigue, the body benefits from being moved rather than exercised, and John will introduce amazing ways to move that don’t exhaust you.
